What an LED wall really costs to own.
Cabinet price is the beginning. Structure, processing, power, cooling, access, spares, commissioning and content decide the useful lifetime cost.
Separate supply-only from installed-system cost.
Calculate energy at real drive and hours.
Price maintenance access before construction.
01
The visible wall sits on an invisible system
Processing, data distribution, electrical protection, mounting steel, trim, ventilation and control are required before the first pixel lights. Their cost depends on the room and should not be hidden inside an unexplained percentage.
A comparable quote needs the same inclusions, performance and commissioning scope.
02
Operating cost follows content and schedule
Average power is a fraction of peak and changes with brightness, content and duty cycle. Model expected drive, daily hours and operating days; hand the heat figure to the mechanical engineer as well as the energy figure to finance.
03
Access is a future invoice
A cheap wall that needs scaffolding, room closure or joinery removal for routine service is not cheap. Put module access, spare strategy, response time and calibration recovery into the ownership model.
